Highly Trained & Certified Staff
Our Integration Department is one of the most highly trained and certified in the industry with expertise in all aspects of systems installation and integration. We believe in a strong commitment to continued learning and our sales and technical staff regularly attend manufacturers and industry training seminars to stay current on the latest technologies, methodologies, and best installation standards and practices. These practices allow our team to have confidence in their abilities, something that reflects in our installation and integration work.
For the past several years, PCC has qualified as an InfoComm International Diamond Audiovisual Solutions Provider (AVSP). This designation recognizes that a percentage of the company’s sales, customer service and technical staff have achieved and maintained individual InfoComm Certification and have completed relevant coursework from the InfoComm Academy. Over 50% of our employees are CTS, CTS-I or CTS-D certified.
PCC’s Project Leads are Certified Technology Specialist-Installation (CTS-I), SMART Certified Trainer, Factory Trained Installer, Factory Trained Technician Levels 1, 2 & 3, Extron Pro Certified, Extron Plus Certified and Crestron DMC-T, DMC-D & DMC-E Certified, Mitel, Polycom and/or Cisco Certified.
