Our design process begins with a phone call from a prospective client. He has questions, we have answers. However in order to get a complete and accurate idea of what our clients needs are, our Lead Technician sets up the initial meeting. This first meeting will help us to assess our clients goals and visions. PCC will provide a detailed project proposal to accomplish the clients goals.

Before we work with a client, PCC technicians need to make sure that the goals can be met with a customized solution in keeping with their needs and their budget.
