The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was signed into law by President Obama.

This means more than $100 billion for Education, the largest investment in schools ever made by the U.S. government. It targets $650 million for education technology in the Enhancing Education Through Technology Program.

This is the first step in assigning funds for education. We do not yet know how this will impact schools as the timing for the dispersments of money is still unknown. Each State Governeur will decide how to allocate the money in state stablization funds.

We are ready here at PCC to help our area schools best utilize the money available. Return on investment in critical. Not only for the schools and educators but for the students. By using technology in the classroom we are able to stretch our resources and time.
