The SMART wireless Slate will soon be replaced by the new WS200. On November 23rd SMART will be accepting orders for the upgraded Slate. While keeping the features that Educators and students have become comfortable with, the new Slate offers some really nice improvements.
It delivers a physical on/off switch to protect against battery discharge during long periods of non-use. The Slate features a new ergonomic and portable design. It delivers accurate, precise writing and a battery free, tethered pen with dedicated eraser. The new WS200 also comes with three programmable buttons as well as a USB cable port for convenient charging.
